My first day of 500 calories

Well my first day wasn't as bad as some of the other videos that I have watch on HCG...No being dizzy or lite headed...for breakfast I had a orange lunch was 3.5 oz of turkey and 3.5 broccoli and dinner 3.5 oz of chicken with cucumbers and a apple before 8 pm...it was nice getting up today to step on the scale and to be 4 pounds down....weight 223.4
